I was disconnected while completing a mock test

Before starting a test, make sure that your internet connection is stable.

If the test in question is not an exam set up by your institution, you can log back in and resume where you left off and retake it as many times as you want.

In case you were disconnected while taking a test in exam mode, contact your institution's coordinators to reset the test or to reschedule a new test date.

NOTE: If you exit a test set in exam mode while the test is in progress, you cannot resume where you left off.
